EdoMatch is a West Africa-focused HR tech company offering a full-suite HR platform — payroll, contracts, compliance, onboarding, and workforce management — built for companies operating across Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Togo, Benin, and beyond. We replace spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and paper files with one professional platform, purpose-built for the region.
We're a fast-moving, founder-led team with a product that works, clients who love it, and real traction in the market. We're now scaling our commercial team in Ghana.
The Role
As Senior Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle for new business in Ghana. You don't wait for inbound. You prospect, you pitch, you close — and you build the kind of relationships that turn one deal into long-term partnerships.
You'll be selling the EdoMatch Software and Services with the main focus on our HR Suite: a comprehensive HR platform covering payroll, contracts, employee management, onboarding, time & attendance, physical check-in systems (face-id), and leave management. Your target audience ranges from mid-sized local businesses to international companies with operations in West Africa.
This is a quota-carrying role. Your results are highly visible. If you close, you earn well.
What You'll Do
- Own independent prospecting — cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, events, and local networking.
- Run the full sales cycle from first contact through signed contract and payment.
- Pitch and demo the EdoMatch HR Suite to HR directors, CFOs, and business owners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals at target value.
- Build and maintain your pipeline in our CRM — accurate forecasting required.
- Handover closed clients to Customer Success for onboarding and retention.
- Represent EdoMatch at client meetings, industry events, and prospect visits in Ghana.
- Share market intel and deal feedback to shape commercial strategy.

The EdoMatch HR Suite is a complete HR operations platform built for West Africa. Key modules include:
- HR Suite — real-time KPIs, compliance alerts, workforce analytics.
- ATS — AI shortlisting applicant tracking system for agencies and large companies.
- Mass Recruitment — solutions for large recruitment needs with integrated marketing campaigns.
- Employee Management — centralized records, org charts, bulk import.
- Contract Management — auto-generated, multi-language (English/French), professional PDF output.
- Onboarding — custom flows, AI-generated compliance quizzes, progress tracking.
- Payroll — multi-currency (GHS, XOF, EUR, USD+), automated local tax/social security deductions (PAYE & SSNIT), and payslips.
- Leave & Attendance — smart approval workflows, real-time balances.
- Document Store & White-Label — multi-branch, fully branded platform.
- Physical Check-in Kiosk — branded hardware with fraud-proof face recognition for employee clock-ins, integrated with timesheets.
You're not just selling software. You're selling time saved, compliance risk eliminated, and a workforce that runs on a single source of truth — right down to the physical hardware on the factory floor or reception desk.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive remuneration package designed to reward top performers:
- An interesting base salary aligned with senior market rates.
- A strong, uncapped bonus and commission structure tied to collected revenue, including accelerating tiers for exceeding targets.

- Long-term incentives — eligibility for contract revisions, revised OTE, and additional performance bonuses after consecutive months of beating targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of independently managing deals from prospecting to final signature, specifically securing annual/long-term contracts.
- Preferred Experience: Strong preference for candidates who have previously worked in the HR/recruitment sector or have direct experience in SaaS / Enterprise Software sales.
- Strong prospecting skills — you are a hunter who does not wait for inbound leads to come to you.
- Comfortable selling to the C-suite, HR directors, and finance leads.
- Excellent communication in English; fluency or professional proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
- Based in Accra with a strong local business network.
- Self-directed and accountable — you manage your own pipeline and results.
Contract Details
- Type: Full-time
- Probation: 6 months
- Notice period: 1 month
- Territory: Primary focus on Ghana (territory evaluations open after Year 1)
- Governed by the labor laws of the Republic of Ghana
- Non-compete and non-solicitation: 12 months post-termination
