This role combines:

You will own the top of the sales funnel across multiple channels and help shape the outbound GTM strategy as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Growth & Prospecting

  • Running highly targeted outbound email campaigns
  • Building prospect lists and ICP segments using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms
  • Managing sequenced outreach campaigns
  • Personalising outbound messaging for higher response rates
  • Continuously testing and improving messaging performance
  • Managing reply handling and early-stage prospect engagement
  • Working across multiple campaigns and customer segments simultaneously

The business is optimising for quality conversations and reply rates over mass outbound volume. Initial outbound activity will begin at approximately 50–100 emails per day while campaigns are calibrated, scaling toward 100–150 emails per day across multiple campaigns as the engine matures.

While infrastructure and domain management will be handled internally, candidates with exposure to email deliverability best practices will be viewed favourably.

LinkedIn Pipeline Generation

  • Executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools such as HeyReach
  • Building relationships with founders and operators
  • Managing connection strategies and warm outreach
  • Identifying engaged prospects and warm leads
  • Supporting growth of the founder’s LinkedIn presence within the target market
  • Collaborating with the founder on relationship-first outbound strategies

Founder Content & Ghostwriting Support

  • Ghostwriting LinkedIn content in the founder’s voice
  • Assisting with engagement strategy and content positioning
  • Managing interactions and engagement opportunities
  • Helping build authority and visibility within the ICP
  • Writing thoughtful, high-quality content aligned with the founder’s tone and positioning

Strong writing ability is a major differentiator in this role.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Reporting on campaign performance and conversion metrics
  • Monitoring reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline quality
  • Recommending improvements based on campaign data
  • Helping refine outbound systems and workflow efficiency over time

You should ideally have:

  • 2years’ experience in growth, outbound, SDR, GTM, or pipeline-generation roles
  • Experience targeting US or UK SMB markets
  • Strong written English and communication skills
  • Experience writing personalised outbound messaging and/or LinkedIn content
  • Experience with outbound sequencing tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, or similar
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • LinkedIn outreach experience
  • Experience building prospect lists and sourcing leads independently
  • A modern approach to outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Strong organisational and reporting skills
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment

Highly Advantageous

  • Experience supporting a founder or executive brand
  • LinkedIn ghostwriting or founder-content support experience
  • Experience with enrichment and AI-personalisation tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZeroBounce, or GPT-assisted workflows
  • Exposure to startup or founder-led business environments
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools such as HeyReach
  • Exposure to outbound deliverability best practices
