    Key Responsibilities

    Full-Cycle Recruitment Delivery

    • Manage recruitment processes from briefing through to placement
    • Participate in client intake and scoping meetings to understand hiring needs
    • Conduct market mapping, sourcing, screening, and shortlist creation
    • Present high-quality candidates and guide clients through hiring decisions
    • Coordinate interview processes and manage communication throughout
    • Handle offer negotiation and successful candidate placement
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience end-to-end

    Talent Pipeline & Delivery Management

    • Manage multiple live vacancies simultaneously with strong organisation and prioritisation
    • Utilise ATS platforms and AI-driven sourcing tools effectively
    • Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline visibility, and reporting
    • Continuously improve sourcing and candidate engagement strategies

    Build & Maintain GTM Talent Networks

    • Develop strong networks across:
      • Sales
      • Marketing
      • Revenue Operations
      • Customer Success
      • Partnerships
    • Re-engage existing talent pools for future opportunities
    • Build credibility and reputation within the B2B SaaS and technology market

    Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely with commercial and advisory teams to understand client growth objectives
    • Share market intelligence and hiring insights internally
    • Contribute to improving recruitment delivery standards and processes

    What Success Looks Like

    • Consistently delivering high-quality placements across commercial and leadership roles
    • Managing multiple recruitment projects effectively and independently
    • Building a strong reusable network of GTM talent
    • Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
    • Contributing to strong annual billing performance and business growth

    Candidate Profile

    We’re Interested in Professionals From Backgrounds Such As:

    • Agency Recruitment (360 or Delivery/180 recruitment)
    • Internal Talent Acquisition within SaaS or technology businesses
    • B2B SaaS Sales professionals transitioning into recruitment
    • Commercial account management or customer-facing sales environments

    Essential Skills & Experience

    • Strong recruitment delivery or stakeholder management capability
    • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Commercially aware with strong client service orientation
    • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    • Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
    • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management capability

    Desirable Experience

    • Recruitment experience within B2B SaaS or technology markets
    • Experience recruiting GTM/commercial roles
    • Exposure to leadership or executive-level search
    • Knowledge of SaaS sales and go-to-market team structures
