Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
• Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of products to customers, retailers, and distribution partners across South Africa
• Coordinate and manage transport providers, delivery schedules, and logistics planning
• Monitor warehouse performance, operational KPIs, and service levels
• Implement and improve warehouse processes, systems, and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, warehouse standards, and company procedures
• Lead, manage, and motivate warehouse, dispatch, and logistics staff
• Work closely with sales, supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth operational flow
• Manage warehouse space utilisation and inventory movement effectively
• Oversee returns, damages, and stock investigations
• Ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of warehouse management systems and logistics records
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
