Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nurses and support staff during night duty
• Manage and resolve patient care issues during night hours
• Ensure smooth running of hospital services at night
• Report incidents, emergencies, and operational issues to management
• Coordinate with medical teams for patient care decisions
• Maintain discipline, order, and professionalism during shifts

Requirements:

• Clinical or nursing background (mandatory)
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience in emergency handling and critical situations
• Ability to manage staff effectively during night shifts
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
