Job Overview:
Are you energetic, ambitious, and looking to develop your career? Our Cape Town Sable Wealth department is looking to add a full-time Junior Wealth Administrator to their team. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment where we achieve our business objectives and have fun doing it.
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in an administrative and back-office environment, with a strong desire to develop their career within the financial planning space.
You're perfect for this position if you:
- Have at least 2-3 years of work experience in a heavy administrative role.
- Have exposure to AML / FIC, financial planning or tax industry and general bookkeeping.
- Have exposure to project management and data management.
- Are highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Are comfortable with phone and written communication.
- Are numbers-orientated, deadline driven, and honest and ethical.
- Have strong computer skills with an ability to learn new technologies and integrations.
Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding clients onto our CRM system
- Conducting AML and verification checks
- Maintaining and updating client data on our systems
- Assisting with projects that require data updates
- Preparing annual review packs
- Monitoring scanned posts/documents
- Assisting with commission allocations
- Building and maintaining training manuals
