Job Overview
The Office Assistant is responsible for maintaining the office premises, assisting with day-to-day operations, running internal and external errands, and providing general support to all staff to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and distribute office mail, packages, and documents
- Run external errands (bank, post office, government offices, supplies)
- Refill office supplies (water, tissues, toiletries, stationery)
- Assist with photocopying, filing, and document delivery
- Dispose of trash and ensure waste bins are emptied daily
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the Office Manager
- Open and close office as instructed
- Perform any other general duties assigned by management
