We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sécrétaire Comptable to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing both administrative and financial support to ensure effective office operations and accurate financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including data entry and filing of invoices, receipts, and other documents.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and answering phone calls.
  • Assist in the coordination of audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a secrétaire comptable or in a similar administrative financial role.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
