SALES MANAGER

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving company sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of sales methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and achieve individual and team objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and adjust sales strategies to maximize growth.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree.

· Good Level in English and Russian Language.

· Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or similar role.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

· Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· Ability to lead a full sales cycle.
