Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team in developing and executing strategies to increase sales and grow market share. This includes directing, managing, and planning business objectives to achieve the set goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good Level in English or Chinese Language.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Professional or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to lead a full sales cycle.
