Location: NairobiReports to: Directors / General Manager/ Manager
Responsibilities Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade (Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Stewards). Design and execute seasonal menus showcasing local and continental flavors. Manage food costing, inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen budget. Maintain exceptional food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Innovate with contemporary culinary techniques and plating.
Requirements Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts. Food Handlers Certification. Minimum 5 years’ experience in fine dining or luxury establishments. Expertise in both local and international cuisines. Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
Salary Range: KES 50,000 – 70,000.
