Sales attendant

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
• Assist customers in selecting gadgets and related accessories based on their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information on specifications and pricing.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Manage product displays, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Keep updated on the latest gadget trends and product knowledge.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of BSC.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with social media.
