We are seeking a professional, organised, and detailed-oriented Administrative Assistant - Golf Operations to provide comprehensive administrative, member service, and financial support to the Golf Operations Team.this role is central to the efficient daily functioning of the Golf club and provides administrative support across Golf bookings, member services, competitions, events, retail coordination, reporting and financial reconciliations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, service-driven, numerically competent, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced club environment.Qualifications:Grade 12 / Matric - nonnegotiableRelevant diploma or certificate in Administration, Bookkeeping, Finance, Hospitality or similar advantageousMinimum 2-3 years' experience in an administrative rolePrevious Golf club, hospitality, hotel, retail, or membership environment experience advantageousBasic bookkeeping and reconciliation experience essentialStrong computer literacy in MS Office Suite - Intermediate ExcelExperience with ClubMaster or similar club management systems advantageousValid Driver's License - advantageousKey Competencies:Excellent customer service orientationStrong attention to detail and accuracyFinancial numeracy and reconciliation skillsProfessional communication skillsTime management and ability to multitaskProblem Solving and initiativeHigh Level of integrity and confidentialityAbility to work under pressure during peak periodsTeam Player with a positive attitude
