Leather Retail Supervisor

Our client in the leather retail industry is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have at least 3years of supervisory experience within the leather industry, along with a minimum of 3years’ retail or shop floor experience in a leather merchant environment. A Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential, while tertiary education will be considered an advantage. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of sales and marketing systems within a retail environment and be able to lead a team effectively while driving performance and customer service excellence.
