Responsibilities The Primary Teacher will be responsible for the following duties: Prepare and deliver engaging lessons according to the school curriculum. Create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Maintain effective classroom management and discipline. Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials. Maintain accurate student records. Encourage students’ confidence, creativity, good behavior, and love for learning. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, parents, and school management. Participate in school activities. Contribute to the continued improvement of the school. Qualifications Applicants should meet the following requirements: A Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification. Minimum of 2 years’ primary school teaching experience preferred. Experience working in a private school environment will be an added advantage. Good classroom management and communication skills. Ability to deliver engaging and child-friendly lessons. A strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork.
