Site Manager - Midrand

SITE MANAGER REQUIRED – MIDRAND, GAUTENGA leading property developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential building projects in the Midrand area of Gauteng. Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and quality control
• Ability to manage subcontractors, labour, and project timelines effectively
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s licence essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Full on-site management of residential developments
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, quality, and programme timelines
• Ensure health & safety compliance on site
• Conduct site meetings and reporting
• Manage site staff and daily operations
• Ensure projects are completed to required standards and within budget

Package:
Market-related salary offered based on experience
