Cashier job description The Cashier & Operations Support role involves receiving payments, issuing receipts, and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. The position is intended to ensure that all transactions run smoothly while maximizing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Invoicing all customers. Managing transactions with customers using cash registers. Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate. Collecting payments whether in cash or credit. Issuing receipts, refunds, change, or tickets. Cross-selling products.
