Solar Sales Executive

Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Solar Sales Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our company, driving sustainable energy solutions and helping our clients move towards a greener future. Your role will involve engaging with homeowners and businesses to promote our solar products and solutions and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

Present and promote solar products and services to prospective customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and regular follow-ups.

Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedules.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Report on sales, revenue, and forecasts to team management.

Conduct field visits to local distributors, solar EPC installers, manufacturing factories and solar markets to develop new sales channels.

Calculate customer power load requirements, design customized PV & energy storage solutions, and negotiate pricing, order quantities and payment terms with clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

Must be a Nigerian national permanently residing in Lagos.

Fluent verbal and written English; proficiency in Yoruba or Hausa is a major advantage.

Understanding of the solar industry market trends and economic factors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven by success.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

BSc/BA in Business, Marketing , Electric Electronics or a related field is preferred.
