Customer Service Coordinator

One of our clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management/Administration (NQF Level 7).
• Drivers licence Code 10.
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on operational experience in cargo acceptance, handling, and transportation at an international airport, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within cargo and logistics operations.
• Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Familiarity with addressing human resources and industrial relations matters is also required.
