Senior Buyer

Our client, a well-established automation / manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer / Purchasing Officer to join their team in Cape Town!

Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate
• BEng in Mechanical Engineering / Purchasing / Supply Chain / Business Management or related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a procurement position such as supply chain management or purchasing, preferably in a precision engineering environment.
• Sound knowledge of sourcing goods and services in the precision engineering sector.
• Good understanding of relevant Export and Import Control regulations and INCOTERMS.
