Minimum Requirements:

• Trade qualification (Toolmaker / Fitter & Turner / Die & Mould Maker)
• 8–10 years’ toolroom experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years in a toolroom management role
• Strong experience with thermoforming tooling (FMCG packaging preferred)
• Experience with CNC machining, lathe, and manual machining
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and tolerances
