Manage and monitor company social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and others.
Post comments, replies, updates, and promotional content in line with the company’s brand voice.
Respond to inbox messages, customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers and online communities to increase brand awareness and customer trust.
Create, schedule, and publish social media posts, stories, reels, and other content.
Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and message response rates.
Identify social media trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for improved engagement.
Work with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication.
Escalate serious customer complaints, technical issues, or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media pages or online communities.
Strong written communication skills.
Experience responding to inbox messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
Good understanding of major social media platforms and how they work.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to handle customers politely, professionally, and patiently.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet posting deadlines.
