Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate pressing machines according to production requirements
• Monitor machine performance to ensure safe and efficient output
• Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Assist with material handling and other duties as required

Skills and Requirements:

• Physical strength and ability to perform manual labour
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
• Problem‑solving ability and willingness to adapt to changing demands

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
• Basic understanding of safety protocols
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
