Chief Technical Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all engineering and design units to ensure high-quality, integrated project delivery.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, design procedures, and governance frameworks in line with Nigerian and international codes.
• Review and provide final technical approval for major designs, drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure effective coordination across all design disciplines and resolve technical interface issues.
• Represent the company in engagements with clients, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Support business development by providing technical input on bids, feasibility assessments, and project strategy.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in engineering design and project delivery, including senior technical leadership experience.
• COREN registration (R.Eng.) and membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) required.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams across infrastructure, building, and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international design codes and regulatory processes.
• Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, Revit, or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, technical review, and design governance capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to represent the company at senior levels.

Remuneration: NGN 1 Million - 1.2 Million
