Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and oversight to the PMO and its operational units to ensure efficient and coordinated project delivery across all active projects.
Establish and enforce project management standards, delivery frameworks, and governance processes across the company’s project portfolio.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure effective execution and timely completion of projects.
Ensure strong HSE compliance across all sites and promote a culture of safety and regulatory adherence.
Supervise QA/QC processes and quantity surveying functions to ensure quality standards, effective cost control, variation management, and accurate project reporting.
Serve as the senior client interface on project delivery matters, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on project performance, risks, resource utilisation, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in engineering project management or construction delivery, including experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
COREN registration and membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) required.
Professional certification in PMP or PRINCE2 and strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Experience managing project planners, HSE officers, QA/QC teams, site engineers, and quantity surveyors across multiple projects.
Strong understanding of construction operations, contract administration, cost control, and project risk management.
Familiarity with Nigerian procurement regulations and engineering contract frameworks such as FIDIC or NEC.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to oversee complex, multi-project portfolios.

Remuneration: NGN 1 Million - 1.2 Million
