Key Responsibilities
Web Architecture & UX/UI (The Foundation)
- End-to-End Web Management: Lead the design and continuous optimization of a world-class website that reflects the credibility of an elite Forex brokerage, ensuring landing pages are high-converting and mobile-perfect.
- Ensure the website journey from "Visitor" to "KYC Verified" is seamless, intuitive, and visually elite.
- Manage CMS updates (WordPress/Web flow) and ensure mobile responsiveness across all devices.
- Design and maintain specialized landing pages for promotions, bonuses, and educational webinars, when needed.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Map and optimize the digital journey from the moment a Lead lands on the site to the moment they fund their account
- Platform Integration: Work with the technical team to ensure seamless integration between the website, client portals, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5/Proprietary).
Digital Business Development (The Engine)
- Lead Generation: Implement technical SEO and "Growth Hacks" to increase the flow of organic and paid leads.
- Funnel Architecture: Build and manage automated lead-nurturing funnels (email/SMS) that move prospects from "Interested" to "Funded Accounts" and Leads for the Academy.
- Partnership Support: Identify and secure digital partners, affiliates, and IBs (Introducing Brokers) to drive consistent traffic to our three pillars {Self-Trading, Copy-Trading and the Academy}
Creative & Technical Support
- Collaborate with other Team Members {Marketing & Brand Strategist and the Multimedia Designer} to integrate high-quality videos/motion graphics/text into the web experience.
- Data & Analytics: Monitor web traffic behavior (Google Analytics/Hotjar) to identify bottlenecks in the "user-to-trader" journey, and to provide the Marketing Strategist with actionable data on what’s working and what isn’t.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational/Professional qualification in Marketing; Business Development or relevant field, with a minimum of 4-5 years professional / industry experience
- Proficiency in Web Design (WordPress/Elementor or similar) and a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization and UI/UX.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing tools, including Market Study, Data Analytics, Web Design, Product Branding, and Visual Communication Software
- A background in Business Development—knowing how to negotiate deals and build affiliate networks.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering a positive ROI.
- Experience successfully managing multiple-brand portfolios and multi-layer campaigns.
- Understanding of how a brokerage operates (onboarding flows, KYC, and Lead attribution)
