Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Work very closely with all senior recruitment officers, and direct all your activities towards feeding them with prospects.
• You may have to report directly to the chief executive officer on a number of issues from time to time.
• A monthly report on your activities must be submitted to the CEO.
• Concentrate on articulation of all information regarding various schools in other to become versed and source students for all the schools.
• Ensure that the quality of advice is at an all-time high in other to generate income from all activities and ensure weekly targets of 200,000 naira.
• Enrol 40 students per year.
• You will also check on competition from time to time and ensure we are not behind in the market. This will entail periodic visits and phone calls to such organisations and, from time to time e-mail to get up-to-date information on their activities and opportunities that they market.
• You will also serve as a business development officer with all private universities, polytechnics, colleges of education, institutes as well as private colleges (secondary schools).
• Visits to notable schools in and around Lagos mainland, Lagos Island, Ogun State, and Edo State to foster relationships between us and such schools so we can recruit from source. (You do not need to travel to all states at once.)
• Draw a program for yourself in conjunction with the marketing/recruitment officers that will be attached to you.
• You will also have some NYSC Corp members assigned to you to make your work easier.
• Please note that those working with you are your direct responsibility, and you must answer for all target issues on behalf of your department.
• Other responsibilities shall be notified to you from time to time as the needs may arise.
• You are expected to submit memos from time to time on ideas you have that you think can move our work forward.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Minimum of HND
