Business Analyst H/F - Casablanca

Act as the BA, engage regional customers through consulting, support customer executives to communicate with Huawei, guide customers' strategies and investment direction, and enhance customers' strategic loyalty and explore large-granularity opportunities. Diagnose regional customers' operation pain points, provide professional service consulting services, including service development planning, O&M transformation, and ICT architecture planning, and support customers in solving short-term business problems and medium- and long-term technology evolution.

1. Have the consulting service insight capabilities and offering planning and design capabilities in the ICT domain. 
2. Be able to plan the consulting business development in the ICT domain and plan and design the knowledge management and operation system. 
3. Be able to manage comprehensive product value and analyze product competitiveness and profitability. 
4. Have the ability to plan and design product market power, marketing power, and competitiveness, product system planning and collaborative development, and product operation and enterprise value collaborative planning. 
5. Business model architecture and blueprint output skills: industry positioning, customer value, profit formula, core resources/processes, and ability to communicate and influence multiple possible business cooperation. Use new business models to build new market space and value monetization capabilities. 
6. Operation architecture and blueprint output skills: organizational structure, process, IT system, management mode, supervision/appraisal, etc. Collaborative management capabilities of end-to-end operation full-function teams and practical skills in key operation links.
