Responsibilities:

Drive customer acquisition and growth strategies to increase café awareness and footfall.
Manage the café’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence online.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organisations.
Promote and manage the café’s loyalty programme to drive customer retention and repeat visits.
Plan and execute community engagement initiatives to build strong relationships with customers.
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
Monitor customer engagement and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.
Contribute to building the café’s brand identity and positioning from inception.
Develop creative initiatives and events that foster a vibrant and engaged customer community.

Requirements:

1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, community management or brand growth
OND in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred
Experience with a food, hospitality or café brand is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Canva and a knack for content creation
Creative, energetic and commercially minded
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to plan and execute campaigns, promotions and customers' loyalty programs
Comfortable developing partnerships with local businesses / companies, creators and influencers
Able to track marketing performance and turn engagement into actual repeat café visits and sales
Must live on the Island or within convenient commuting distance of Lekki
