Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned dealer accounts
- Develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective client networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and customers
- Drive sales performance and portfolio growth
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent service delivery
- Support credit analysis and risk assessment processes
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams
- Track and achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze creditworthiness and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in microfinance or insurance is an added advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
