Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic food prep (washing, cutting, portioning, packing)
• Keep kitchen surfaces, tools, and equipment clean at all times
• Support chefs during cooking and plating
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly
• Receive, label, and store food items following hygiene and FIFO standards
• Clear waste and maintain overall kitchen orderliness

Requirements:

• Minimum SSCE/High School Certificate
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Prior kitchen or cleaning experience is an advantage
• Basic food hygiene knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
• Physically fit for long standing and light lifting
• Punctual, honest, and dependable
• Flexible to work mornings, weekends, and shift hours

Remuneration: NGN 75,000
