Location: Ruiru. Industry: Real Estate (Land Selling). Budget: 90,000-100,000 Gross.
A fast-growing and reputable land selling company, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and generate high-quality leads that convert into sales.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other relevant platforms. • Generate high-quality leads through strategic advertising campaigns. • Develop and manage a complete digital sales funnel (awareness, interest, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion). • Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets to achieve the best return on investment. • Implement re-targeting campaigns to increase lead conversion. • Create engaging digital content including videos, graphics, and promotional materials for projects. • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure digital leads are effectively followed up and converted into site visits and sales. • Continuously test and optimize marketing strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Manage social media platforms.
Qualifications • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns (especially Facebook and Google Ads). • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising. • Strong understanding of digital sales funnels and lead generation strategies. • Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data. • Creativity in developing engaging marketing content.
