Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Location:  Reports To: Senior Electrical Engineer / Engineering Manager
Job Purpose To support electrical engineering activities while undergoing structured on-the-job training, gaining practical experience in design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical system design and documentation
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment
• Participate in routine maintenance and fault diagnosis
• Prepare basic technical reports and records
• Follow safety standards and engineering procedures
• Work with senior engineers on assigned projects
• Learn and apply industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Recent graduate (0–1 year experience)

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and principles
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office)
