About Bustem:

Bustem helps high-growth e-commerce brands find and shut down copycats, counterfeiters, scammers, and unauthorized sellers stealing their revenue.

We scan marketplaces, websites, ads, and domains to detect brand abuse, then take action to remove it.

We’re growing fast (~$3M ARR in under a year) and work with 150brands. Now we’re doubling down on client execution and retention.

About the Role:

This is an execution-heavy client role, not a passive support position.

You’ll be on the front lines with clients, ensuring they see real results, fast.

You’ll own:

  • client communication

  • issue resolution

  • ongoing account performance

  • retention and expansion opportunities

If you’re the kind of person who moves quickly, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of outcomes, you’ll do well here.

Main Responsibilities:

Client Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients

  • Respond quickly (Slack/email) with clear, actionable updates

  • Set expectations and keep clients informed on progress

Issue Resolution

  • Identify and solve client problems quickly

  • Escalate when needed, but don’t wait around for answers

  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Account Management

  • Track client activity and performance

  • Ensure enforcement actions are being executed effectively

  • Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM/tools

Retention & Growth

  • Build strong relationships with clients

  • Identify upsell opportunities (higher enforcement volume, expanded coverage)

  • Ensure clients see ROI and stay long-term
