This role is responsible for driving sales growth through the promotion of technical products and solutions within the industrial and welding equipment sector. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored product solutions to meet client needs. The role also includes conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote and sell technical products and solutions to new and existing clients
- Conduct customer visits and assess client requirements
- Prepare and present quotations to customers
- Follow up on quotations to secure sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support where required
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Process sales-related administration accurately and timeously
- Follow up on customer orders and back orders
- Achieve set sales targets and performance objectives
- Support delivery or product support activities when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as required by management
