Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and creative Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about sales, customer experience, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate will not only drive in-store sales but also actively create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to boost brand visibility and online sales.
Key Responsibilities 1. Retail Sales & Customer Service * Welcome and assist customers in-store with product selection and inquiries * Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs * Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets * Handle payments, receipts, and basic POS operations * Maintain cleanliness and proper product display within the store 2. Social Media Content Creation * Create engaging and high-quality videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms * Develop creative concepts to showcase products, promotions and trends * Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into content * Post consistently and engage with followers (comments, DMs, etc.) 3. Live Selling & Online Engagement * Host live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to promote and sell products * Confidently demonstrate products during live streams and answer customer questions in real-time * Drive online sales through interactive and persuasive live sessions 4. Brand Representation * Act as the face of the brand both in-store and online * Maintain a professional, energetic and friendly image * Build strong relationships with both walk-in and online customers
Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Confident on camera and comfortable creating video content * Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook (posting, trends, live sessions) * Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement * Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Performance Metrics * Daily/Monthly sales targets (in-store and online) * Content performance (views, engagement, conversions) * Growth in social media following * Live session sales and engagement
