Requirements
- Driving licence
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Building and Construction, or a related field.
- Experience in field sales or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Visit job sites and client premises to assess customer needs and provide technical guidance on suitable roofing solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients.
