Shift Manager (Production)

A market leader within FMCG is seeking a “go-getter” Shift Manager to join their team in the Western Cape.

This individual will be responsible for delivering effective & efficient medium to long-term strategies to continuously improve productivity and lowering cost.

Requirements:

Relevant Minimum Diploma (Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Food Technology etc)

5Years’ Experience within FMCG

2Years Management Experience

Experience with Equipment, Process and Product Design / Commissioning

Willingness to work weekends

Strong Computer Literacy
