ABOUT DELISH Delish Nail & Beauty Limited is a growing beauty and lifestyle brand offering professional hair, nail and beauty services across multiple branches. We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and grow our online community.
POSITION OVERVIEW The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Delish's social media strategy, creating engaging content, managing online communities and using digital platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and branch visibility.
We are looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting, it should contribute to brand growth, customer engagement and business results.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute Delish's social media strategy and content calendar.
• Manage Delish's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, including reels, videos, stories, graphics and photography.
• Develop content showcasing Delish's hair, nail and beauty services, client transformations, branches and brand experiences.
• Work closely with branch teams to identify and create organic content opportunities.
• Manage comments, direct messages and customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions and digital activations.
• Identify opportunities for influencer, creator and brand partnerships.
• Monitor social media trends and develop relevant content ideas.
• Track social media performance, engagement, audience growth and campaign results.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommendations.
• Support paid social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Ensure all content is consistent with Delish's brand identity and communication standards.
• Work closely with Operations, HR, Marketing and branch teams to support overall business objectives.

EXPERIENCE PROFILE

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, PR or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in social media management, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and paid social media advertising is an added advantage.
• Experience in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality or retail industry will be an advantage.
