Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Oversee onboarding and staff orientation programs
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies
  • Design training and development programs to improve staff productivity
  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits structure
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Drive staff engagement and organizational culture initiatives
  • Advise management on HR policies and strategic workforce planning
  • Implement HR systems and process improvements

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Nigeria
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
