Customer Support & Store Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in-store professionally.
• Recommend suitable bras, shapewear, underwear, and homewear based on customers’ needs.
• Provide excellent customer support before and after sales.
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone enquiries.
• Process sales and maintain accurate records.
• Merchandise products and keep the store neat and well-organized.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory management.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service.
• Support social media and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an SSCE
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Must reside in or around Ikeja or be able to commute conveniently.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000 Monthly
