Operations Manager

DXN Ghana Ltd., a global health and wellness company, is looking for an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, warehouse coordination, distributor servicing, and office efficiency. This is a leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations, product stock levels, and inventory control

• Manage team leads, dispatch staff, and back-office employees

• Coordinate with regional headquarters and ensure KPI compliance

• Optimise operational workflows and reduce overheads

• Manage vendor contracts and third-party logistics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

• 5years experience in operations or logistics management

• Proven leadership and cross-department coordination skills

• Strong command of Excel, inventory systems, and reporting tools
