Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate mining projects at a gold mine in Brakpan. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress against targets and report regularly to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure resource optimization, including labor, equipment, and materials.
