Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative (FMCG & Pharma/Medical Supplies)

Location: Accra, Ghana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence across both the FMCG and pharma/medical supplies sectors. The role requires a highly proactive and results-driven individual with a strong network within key distribution channels and healthcare-related markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across FMCG and pharma/medical supply markets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, doctors, and nurses

• Expand distribution channels into markets, shops, supermarkets, and retail outlets

• Promote and sell company products (including US and UK product lines)

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while actively acquiring new ones

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales and business development (preferably in FMCG and/or pharma/medical supplies)

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong existing network and client portfolio within:

o Pharmacies

o Hospitals and clinics

o Healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses)

o Markets, shops, and supermarkets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion strategies

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a target-driven environment

• High level of confidence, professionalism, and resilience
