Edomatch is hiring a Senior Account Executive (Finance / FinTech / Banking Sales) for an international company based in the Netherlands.

About the Role

An innovative and fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in the Netherlands is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to support its expansion activities in the African market.

The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in Finance, FinTech, and Banking sales, with a strong focus on new business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation. This is a fully remote position for professionals based in Lomé, Togo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities within the Finance, FinTech, and Banking sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Present and promote innovative financial and technology-driven solutions to prospective customers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and reporting.

Required Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, FinTech, or Banking sales.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, digital payments, banking technologies, or FinTech ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable working in a remote international environment.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Mandatory requirement: Full professional proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written).
