  • Minimum 6 months call centre experience
  • Passed Grade 12
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Willingness to work US shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
