Sales Agent (Tuk-Tuk Rider)

Location: Nankulabye, Kampala Salary: UGX 450,000 per month Commission of 100shs on Every Carton Sold
About the Role Generational Bottling Company, a fast-growing bottled water company based in Namanve, with a company outlet in Nankulabye, Kampala(depot), is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Agent who can ride a Tuk-Tuk and actively sell bottled water cartons and juice cartons to retail shops, supermarkets, restaurants, schools, and other customers within Nankulabye and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities

• Ride a company Tuk-Tuk to deliver and sell water and juice cartons.
• Identify and approach new customers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote company products and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Collect payments and issue receipts where applicable.
• Keep accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer orders.
• Ensure proper handling and care of products during transportation.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor information to management.

Requirements

• Must be able to ride a Tuk-Tuk confidently.
• Must possess a valid driving permit
• Previous experience in sales, distribution, or marketing is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Nankulabye and the surrounding areas is an added advantage.
