Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, including correspondence, filing, and record- keeping
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for the VM Consult team
  • Support procurement of office supplies and basic vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate administrative and operational records and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, internal communications, and general HR administrative support
  • Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and internal task lists
  • Support budget tracking and expense documentation for office operations
  • Provide general operational support to the Business Development and Events Manager and wider team as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced or events-driven environment is an advantage
