Architect

A well-established and design-driven architectural practice is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of high-end commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects from concept through to completion.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
✅ Registered or eligible for professional registration preferred
✅ Minimum 5years’ architectural experience
✅ Strong knowledge of South African building regulations and council submission processes
✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
✅ Strong technical detailing and documentation skills
✅ Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
✅ Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
