We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join a fast-paced B2B commerical sales team within the FMCG industry.
This role is focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong, long-term customer relationships across both formal and informal trade channel's
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat business
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Promote products through presentations and customer engagement
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
- Work closely with internal teams to support sales growth strategies
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure
- Strong organisational and administrative ability
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3–5 years sales experience (preferably FMCG or related industry)
- Experience in field sales / external sales / territory sales essential
- Grade 12 (Matric) required
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (advantageous)
